In my early career I worked hands-on with large data sets using SPSS, SAS, ArcView GIS and later Tableau. Turning data into knowledge was an area that I excelled in and led to several jobs in modelling and future planning.
I brought these skills to many of my more senior roles, in particular in my role as Director Financial Transformation, managing a program of 11 projects all with big data at their core.
With a confidence in my capacity to make sense of the data, my training in Behavioural Science and my natural curiosity, you can be certain of the rigour I'll bring to your project/team.

I am passionate about building connection and as a Behaviour Change and Strategy facilitator/consultant I've learned that we must build connectedness to have any real impact. Connectedness, collaboration and co-creation are the hallmarks of change; and the hallmarks of my practice.
Building community is something that is very important to me, in a workplace I build connection from Day 1, look for existing opportunities to leverage that connection and if they don't exist then I begin to build them.
What does that look like? There are a variety of options depending on the organisation and the reason that I have been invited to join. It may include setting up Lean Coffee's, Communities of Practice or Change Engagement Networks. Your people will feel included and informed and will be driving the change before you know it!

I have worked with a number of CEOs , from public sector to Formula 1 on their strategy, and importantly on their strategic issues.
All large organisations are complex and there is no one size fits all to successful sustainable change programs. The only thing that is consistent is that they require a level of behaviour change. Facilitating behaviour change requires leaders and managers to have an approach that enables constant testing, learning and re-plotting at pace. This is where you will get a lot of value from someone who understands human behaviour, understands what makes change hard for some people and has a wealth of experience facilitating people and organisations through the process.
